1. Purpose
This Commercial Customer Agreement is reserved for future business, school, government, fleet and enterprise customers who require repeat repair, invoicing, service level or account arrangements.
2. Future Commercial Terms
- Account approval and authorised contacts.
- Quote approval rules and purchase orders.
- Bulk repair handling and reporting.
- Payment terms, credit limits and overdue accounts.
- Data handling and device chain-of-custody requirements.
3. Default Terms
Until a commercial agreement is signed, Lightning Tech's standard Repair Terms, Privacy Policy and applicable service policies apply.
